Breakfast Pie

Breakfast pie with a little southwest slant

Started by puréeing some black beans for the "sauce"


Added green onions, sliced grape tomatoes, and corn


Then scrambled eggs, bacon, and red pepper rings


Finally some sharp cheddar and jalapeno slices


On to the egg


Off the egg

That looks great. One question, is that crust precooked at all? In you prep pics it looks like it might be.
