Dizzy Pig Raging River Salmon

Two nights ago i picked up some fresh salmon filets from the local fish market as the wife had been requesting them for some time. I have to admit, the last few times I have done salmon, it wasn't that great and I had been shying away from it. This time I attempted the Raging River Salmon recipe from the Dizzy Pig website for the 1st time. Man! Great meal! My new raised grid was perfect as I got a nice crust without burning or undercooking the inside and the maple/butter glaze was delicious. This will be a new regular recipe in our house from now on!
