Rained all day but just stopped at cook time. I had moved the egg further under the covered lanai and was cooking rain or shine. I've always been a breast man myself, but my wife loves thighs. Skin on, 375 about 45-50 mins finished in an organic thai barbecue sauce that had a nice little kick. Good stuff.

Picked up the sauce on sale. Charlie Trotter's Organic Thai Barbecue Sauce. Kind of a soy sauce based- teryaki style but with a nice tangy, spicy element as well. It was different, very good.

Wonderful pictures, great mood; grill, smoke and rain. The results look delicious, mouth watering. Makes me want to start up the Egg, but it's too late for dinner.

Got to agree with your wife on the thighs. Most folks like breast but give me dark meat anyday. The Thai sause sounds great! -
