Hi from Alberta
weather has been nice and i figured i should quit lurking this great forum.
thanks to all the posters, for all the great info here.
first the wings
some cheese nachos for the kids.......ok, i ate some too..

yup new egger here, just picked up the large egg a couple of months ago.
coming from NG and LPG grills, i can say i will stick with the egg and may end up adding another. -

Welcome aboard! Gotta admit that your down through the dome pictures are sort of unique. Just a word of caution from experience...my worst facial hair burn came about 6 years into egging when I foolishly looked down my dome only to have some how co-ordinated my timing with when my large egg decided to belch an incredibly intense burst of after-burner blue flame that would have made any jet-jockey happy!Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time!
