Plate setter position in Egg
Hi all![p]I just got a plate setter for my egg (Large) and was wondering if it goes on top of the firebox and under the ring? This seems to raise the grill up substantially so that the meat will be up in the dome. Is that correct?[p]I could see no other way to do it, but sometimes, you know, in the world of the blind, the one eyed is king. Any one eyed eggheads care to help out a blind man?

The platesetter goes on top of the firering. Feet up for indirect cooking with a grid on top of it. And feet down for pizza, with a pizza stone on top.[p]Tom

EggCamper,[p]Thank you for a quick reply![p]That seems to make sense...wouldn't want to take the ring out and put it back repeatedly![p]Take care!
