And time for ribs :woohoo: I decided to go ahead and get my rig dirty right away today. Got six slabs of spares going. Anyone else cooking ribs today?

Sipping coffee and mixing up my dry rubs now ... ribs will be on in a few hours!

Great photos...Do you see an advantage to cooking them flat vs. in a rib rack (verticle)?

I will be after work. A 12# packer and a 8# flat cooked on the same rig you've got. Mine looks as clean as yours. This will be my first overnight cook with the digiQ II I got for father's day.

I have cooked on a rib rack one time and didn't care for it. Don't know why. I think it helps with cooking surface. Maybe I should try it again. If I had to cook more I guess I would need to.
