Holy Cow; egging 101 in Vermont has officially come to a close; we did pork ribs, steak, beef ribs (phenomenal!), chicken, corn, squash, pizza...All by myself today, :) I made a pesto pizza w/fresh dough - artichoke hearts, black olives, carmelized red onions, feta, mozzarella - even Mark thought it was very good, so I guess I passed the newbie test! He was nervous that we might not like our newest member of the family (after conning me to spend the money!), but I think we're in! Julia
