To all my fellow Canuck Eggheads and their families...Happy Canada Day! Our 142nd Birthday! A mid-week holiday seems a little strange but hopefully the weather will co-operate where you live and you'll enjoy the Canada Day celebrations near you. Or simply hang in your backyard with a few brews and a BGE. We are "The true north strong and free..." Don't forget to thank a Veteran. Without them, we likely wouldn't be celebrating anything today.

Just bought a BGE yesterday. Don't have it yet but viewed the video and can hardly wait !!!! I am so grateful to live in Canada with the priviledge of harvesting big game. I am eager to cook a venison roast. Are there any posts for big game recipes ?
