Howdy...

Heres my quick tuesday evening dinner off my new medium BGE

-Cedar planked Salmon with Pesto and sea salt
-Baguette with chipotle butter
-shrimps with Dizzy Pig "Jamaican Firewalk"
-Pineapple Dizzy Pig "Pineapple Head"
-romaine with ceasars dressing and cream cheese stuffed cherry peppers.

Boy that was some good eats !
Salmon was great and so were the shrimps with Jamaican Firewalk wich is one of my long time favourite rubs.
A friend brought some Pineapple head over the pond and that stuff is the bomb. I licked the plated clean.
