What dome temp should I use to cook chicken wings indirect and for how long?

JK,[p]Why do you want do cook them indirect? Wings have very little meat (compared to other parts). If I were to do them indirect, I'd probably cook at 350-375.

GrillMeister,
Those wings look great. What is in the background? It almost looks like grass. After enduring a 3 year drought and 100+ temps for most of the last 2 months, I can now proudly mow the dirt. Oh, but we got rain the other day. Ten inches in 72 hours.
Keep up the good posts and pics.[p]CWM

Car Wash Mike,[p]That my friend is a lovely, ice cold, Hacker-Pschorr Weisse Beer. It goes very well with wings.[p]Oh, you mean the grass. That's fruits of my better half's labor. She's got a green thumb and loves the yard. We've been dry for weeks and it rained all weekend. I caught a dry spell for the wings yesterday evening.[p]I've got two spatchcock chickens going right now. I'm still experimenting with spices on chicken.[p]Thanks for the comments!

Smokey ,[p]Good question. Now I'm not sure after seeing Grillmeister's picture of his wings. Those look great. I thought I read Qbabe saying she does them at 325-350* dome for an hour or so... I'm planning to make hot n' spicy wings for the Gator-Hurricane game next weekend.

GrillMeister, My compliments to your better half. It looks great.
Now I just have to find the beer.
I have pretty much settled on Jamican Firewalk for wings and Swamp Venom for whole birds.[p]CWM

Car Wash Mike,[p]My better half says "Thanks!"[p]I'll have to try some of those rubs.

GrillMeister,[p]The coating on the wings looks pretty tastey. Do you recall what you used?[p]Regards,
Hugh.

JK,[p]Hi...I usually end up doing them direct on a raised grid anywhere from 275° - 325°, depending on where the cooker wants to sit. [p]Tonia
