I hope you are about over the aches and pains from your extreme ATVing. :whistle: It always hurts for a while after those nasty spills. That part I don't miss from the dirt bike days. How's the ATV by the way? I was curious if you had a recipe for your Cochinita Pibil. I have been looking into the Mexican versions of pulled pork and that looks great. The last Mexican cook I went to was on a hunting trip in Laredo when we put the beef head into a hole in the ground to cook. :huh: :laugh:
