would you do Chicken drumsticks the same was as wings???
250* for about 2 hrs?

    legs are dark meat and will need to be taken to higher internal (175 to 180) it will more than likely take longer.

    Dark meat takes a little longer, I usually cook legs and thighs at a higher temp. Remember the internal temp of dark meat about 10 deg higher.[p]I worked at a chicken joint many years ago; they always dislocated the thigh to help it cook all the way to the bone. Try it, for some reason thighs cook better when you do this.
