KCI reported 10 1/2 inches in the last 72 hours. Half inch in the last 2 months then this.
Just to stay on BBQ. Salmon getting ready to put on. Ribs right on time, guests 1 hour late.

I've got a pork butt under the bonnet. Marinated in Wickers Marinate for 24 hours. Sort of an experiment since the "Wickers" is homemade rather than store bought. [p]Kelly

Nah. It was an idea I got here. It's a shanty cap I bought at Lowes. First time I've ever had to use it. Before it was either not raining hard enough to bother or I wasn't planning on cooking anyway. Do say it worked well, although I had to forgo my nap this afternoon to tweak the vents more than usual. Think I paid all of eight bucks for it.[p]Kelly

Kelly Keefe,[p]You got to hate spending all that time for a product your not crazy about. Sounds like my first brisket I did. I didnt care for it much either.
