did grilled pork tenderloins on the egg for the 1st time yesterday abd am in awe of the egg's ability to keep pork moist. I used the rub I made for ribs/pulled pork. I used perhaps a bit too much of it and the tenderloins had a bit too much kick for a few of the fans, but they just cut some of it off when eating. The pork itself was so moist that I couldn't believe it. Unreal... The egg is the best outdoor cooking machine known to man!
