WOW! You have been busy! Great looking cooks, all of them.

Happiness is a wet Retriever. LOL, she is one happy looking pup. Our family always had Labs. My best friend ever was a Yellow Lab/Golden Retriever mix that was a very special dog. He looked like a 100# Golden Lab. Fort Myers is to hot for Retrievers unless they have their own pool.

not really a meatloaf "recipe" trying to use up odds and ends as we leave for VACATION on the 4th!!

hamburger meat, chopped spinach, diced red bell peppers, mozzerella cheese, rolled like a fattie, but didn't hold together, so placed in small casserole dish cooked around 400 dome about 45 minutes

guess I'm following Bordello's footsteps when it comes to turning fatties into meatloaf :woohoo:
