I just took 18# of Boston Butts off of the big egg.I used Mickey's number 3 ring and it worked GREAT all night.I also set the low alarm at 200°on my New Temp 701 and got a good night sleep.Now off to the lake to play on boat and jet ski and eat some Q.We hope everyone has a GREAT Labor Day weekend.
