I like start with the crunchy ends of wings, he he, then go for the rest in stages. Bottom line, ya can't go wrong with a spatchcock fryer fresh from the butcher shop. Dump on some Dizzy Pig Seasoning and use pecan wood for smokin and get ready for the best chicken this side of the Mississippi.

Newbies; Very easy cook. I use the indirect setup...you can see the drip pan underneath the bird. Your egg at 400 dome and your good to go. Great info at www.nakedwhiz.com for complete details. Also check out www.dizzypigbbq.com. Go do it.

    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.
