<p />My sister-in-law and hubby from New Orleans were visiting and helping me re-paint the master bath so I did some ribs as a treat. Rub and mustard. Mopped with sauce every now and then. Indirect at 275° until we started getting really hungry. Hurry-up temperature (325°) for the last two hours. Total time five hours. Turned out great.[p]Spring Chicken

Bob:[p]No, that is a large with "Texas" ribs. (smilie thingie)[p]I was in Lawrenceville picking up broccoli plants for a fall garden and stopped by Wal-Mart to check on ribs. Babybacks were 2.99/lb so I bout out the display case. I am gonna "rib-fest myself out this weekend.[p]I also got some beef plate steak and looking forward to some great fajitas soon!

    Spring Chicken,
I forgot to mention that I bought these at Kroger using my Kroger Card. Regular price for one package $14.00+ and my price was $5.44. I bought two and cooked both. Briskets were $ .99 a pound and looked good but I didn't have any more room in the frig. I may have overcooked the second slab because we were so absorbed in eating the first slab I forgot all about it. I'll know tomorrow when I snack on a couple of ribs for lunch.[p]Yes, it is a large Egg. I really need a small too, but that will have to wait till I find a decent job. [p]Spring Chicken
