Trying my first beer butt chicken tonight. This was the first time I have bought a whole bird. I know for turkeys, the giblets are in a little bag, I had to actually pull out individual parts....mmmmmmm, love them kidneys! Will let you know how it turns out![p]

    Well, the Beer Butt turned out pretty good. I am torn between Spatchcocked and the Beer Butt. Wife like the Drunkin vs. the Road Kill....we shall see...
