Hi all,

I don't write too much on the site but do peek in weekly. Have owned a large egg for about 4 years. Took a lot guidance from many of you early on and never looked back, pretty much grill something 3-4 times a week.

Went to Daisy Mae in NYC, run by Adam Perry. The Memphis ribs were delicious (as was the huge beef rib). Just curious if anyone had a good Memphis rub they can divulge? I have always cook my ribs Kansas style, so this is new to me.
