My dome does not line up evenly with the bottom of the egg.
Is there any way to adjust this?
Not a big deal I guess but I noticed where the gasket is exposed to the inside cooking temps it is charred and brittle.
I have only had the egg for 3 weeks.
Seems it should line up!
