cooking ribs on the BGE

Hello guys and gals. I want to cook ribs for labor day. I have the V rack but i want to know how many lbs. I can put on the large BGE what temp to cook and for how long any help will be appreciated.l

    neil wilder,[p]Are they baby backs or spares? Spares often take longer than baby backs. I've never "loaded" up the cooker, but I think it was Wil who did 20 racks on his not so long ago...[p]I usually do either the 3-1-1 method (from TimM's site) or JSlot's recipe (you can find it in the recipe section of this forum).[p]Have fun!

    neil wilder,[p]I have found that for slabs and loin back cuts the method in the link below work best for my needs. Have done it this way dozens of times over the years and have never experienced anything less than perfection.
