I'm not into grinding my own meat (yet) but that looks like a pretty good deal for a homeowner. Good heads-up.

I love grinding my own hamburger meat, I use my wife's Kitchenaid stand mixer with the grinder attachment, beats anything I can buy at the local markets...this looks like a great deal

Looks good. One thing you need to find is how and where to get replacement knifes and plates for the grinder. They will wear out and smash your flesh rather then cutting it. That is the problem.
Making your own is work but well worth it. Takes a good 4 hours to prepare a butt for grinding for sausage links and brats. Time you cut trim grind then mix and stuff but well worth the time spent because you have control on what goes in it.
