My wife Jackie wanted Salmon in cedar paper last night

with Louisiana Cajun Blackened Seasoning and melted butter

Tampa, FLHappily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!

Oh!!! You're supposed to take the cedar paper off before eating... No wonder my salmon was 'crunchy.' LOL
Just kidding... I was curious about using the cedar paper. Looks good. Might try it sometimes.

Ross have seen the paper advertised.....is the taste very different to planks?? that paper looks almost like nice tacos ready to eat..... :P Jackie looks she is really enjoying it

I saw those paper cedar planks, didn't know what to think of them. Great idea using them rolled up.

I'm lucky I got the cedar papers for 75% off at Williams-Sonoma last year.
I bought about 5 packets of the things. The only problem is I don't remember where I put them. :S
