Elgin Sausage for lunch

<p />Nothing beats a hot Elgin Sausage with a cold beer. The long ones are Elgin's Garlic sausages and the little ones are Mexican style with jalapenos. These are about done. 45 minutes so far at 275 degrees with some hickory chips tossed in at the beginning.
