<p />Nothing beats a hot Elgin Sausage with a cold beer. The long ones are Elgin's Garlic sausages and the little ones are Mexican style with jalapenos. These are about done. 45 minutes so far at 275 degrees with some hickory chips tossed in at the beginning.

  • GrillMeister,

Looks good, and a good choice of beer also.

  • AU, Ok, Let's analyze your comment "good choice of beer."[p]Implies "good beer."[p]I'm not an expert on these matters of redundancy, but I think you are due a visit from the Department of Redundancy Department!

    GrillMeister,
While you were enjoying your beer and sausages (looks good) I was on a ladder stripping wallpaper, priming and getting ready to paint. Obviously some people really know how to enjoy their Sunday afternoons. Wish I had been there with you instead of covered in paint, joint compound, dust and Bengay.[p]Spring Chicken

AU,[p]Nothing like a fresh grilled/smoked Texas sausage with a fine Texas beer!
