I picked up 3 pork center cut loin filet this morning at the farmers market. They each weigh 1.5 pounds. Going to cook them for fathers day. I am thinking cooking indirect with cherry wood for added flavor. My questions are what dome temp, what internal temp do I pull them, and roughly how long will they take. Any other suggestions will be appreciated.
