Other than from the company itself where would someone look to purchase some. Oh, and by the way, any dealers of it in Oklahoma?

There is a dealer locator on the wicked good web site.
-
Crap, must have missed that, thanks!
-
If nothing else, call the folks at WGC. They are very helpful and easy to deal with. They'll point you in the right direction.
-
What is the average price for a bag?
-
Chris, we couldn't find any dealers in Oklahoma so several of us bought a pallet load together. We plan to do it again and can contact you if you are interested. Our load was around 72ea bags. What part of the state are you in?
-
Ada...and I am interested.
-
Freds Music & BBQ has it and will ship, talked with them today.

I have a dealer right near me and they seem to have a big markup- $24 for a 22lb bag, and they only carry the weekend warrior in the lump.
I can buy it online direct for $13.75 plus shipping.. which still puts me under the dealer near me.
Perhaps a trip to freds is in order one of these days. -
Wicked Good is an excellent lump - I use it all the time. I wish they still had the Competition Blend - that was killer.
Last year, I ordered 3 bags from the Wicked Good online and they showed up a complete mess. All the lump pieces were small & broken up and the bags were completely covered in charcoal dust. Granted I never complained nor provided feedback to Wicked Good (shame on me), so this is not any complaint against them.
In any case this year I stuck with buying them at retail store I found at roughly the 3/22# bag shipped online price. Anyway, to me the quality is the value not the price.
Getting a pallet is a good idea though - I might try and come up with a group in Marietta, GA (plenty of eggheads around here). -
silly question - you said ordering the 3bags/22# with shipping was pretty close to the store price? I think the local dealer quated me at $23 per 22 lb bag...or something arouind there.
Freds is 100 miles from me, and he's getting $21 a bag store price, so considering my pickup would burn about 50$ in gas easily, I might as well bite the bullet and buy a bunch from the local guys.. -
Yep, +/- $2 - it was right around that price.. Good luck. The comment on Pallets has me thinking though. May start looking for some interest. Cheers!!

Jerry,
I live in Sandy Springs. Where do you buy the competition blend around here? -
