Cast Iron Griddle for the Large Egg

BGE makes some really neat cast griddles for the large egg.Here is a couple of pictures FoxyQ posted a while back and you can see what all you can cook on them.They fit the large without having to modify them.

That appears to have as much or more space that a pizza stone has.Should not present any problem

If you look close you can see sear marks so it does get really hot.And Darnoc is right about being about the size of the pizza stone.

Gets hot enough to cook any meat that you may want and cost a lot less than a Griddle Q and is made by your grill company, Big Green Egg. It is fun and easy to use.

Spring Chicken

BGE didn't have a cast iron griddle back when I got mine from Acadamy for $7. I've used it many times, front (flat) side and back (ribbed) side. It's a great accessory to have for an Egg.
