would the internal temp for spare ribs/baby backs be the same as boston butt?

i usually take them off @ 190-195 and they are perfect

    Should be fine but it is easy to take them to dry.

    I use the fork twist test or toothpick. If it is tender, mine are done.

    Truthfully the bones are too close and the meat too thin to take an accurate reading.

    The best way is either what Grub said or use a toothpick. If they come out without resistence they are done.

    Some people use the tong test. Pick them up perpendicular to the bones. If the rack bends at a 90 degree angle they are done.
