Nice Pan

A few weeks ago, I purchased a 10" stainless steel grill wok with holes in the bottom and two small handles on the side from Amazon.com. Well, it turns out that this particular pan fits perfectly in the small. I cooked ribs for some friends last night and did ABT's on the small while the ribs were cooking. This setup cooked the best ABT's I've had to date. I made them a little differently this time. I cut the jalapenos in half, seed them, and then put the spreadable Philly cream cheese (honey nut flavor) in the middle before wrapping half with bacon and the other half with prosciutto. Here's a pic of the pan on the small..........[p]<image src = "http://mywebpages.comcast.net/jaslotterback/abt.jpg">

JSlot,[p]Amazon has some nice BBQ tools. I purchased this a couple of weeks ago for only 20 bucks, and I got it 2 weeks earlier then anticipated using super saver shipping(no shipping cost). Loks like IM carrying a woodwind, but its a nice set of staniless steel everything I need and easily portable!
Tgose ABTs looks great. In addition to you being the rib master and all that other meat dont be suprised one day when I hire you for my personal chef! Keep Qin on![p]

Smokin' Todd,
Agent Todd, you swore an oath to Her Majesty never to reveal your secret agent bbq kit! :-)[p]Another good deal on Amazon. They occasionally have $10 discounts of purchases of $50 or more from their kitchen store. I bought 7 polder probes, got $10 off and free shipping. I just emailed my Raleigh-area ceramic friends to see if anyone wants a probe for $6.[p]TNW

Yeah, we got hit pretty hard here, too, Larry. Where'd you get the v-rack. I definitely need one of those. This small is really a great addition.[p]Jim
