To Wise One, Dave's not here and all who showed up today at the BGE hdqtrs in Atlanta for the Chef and the Fat Man Show. It is always great seeing y'all and talking hours with you. Some great ideas were discussed as usual and we all are looking forward to Eggtoberfest! Thanks again everyone.

    the Fat Man, I think a cool fall show should be dedicated to smoking cheese, Those pictures by djm5x9 just make me want to try this myself. Maybe a special hose adapter (exhaust from top of mini into bottom vent of large is in order)
