Had my LGE for about 3 weeks, had some great cooks so far. Have a bunch of chicken legs and thighs for tonight. Thinking about doing with rub, at about 350* indirect to a internal temp of 190, thinking it may take about 1 1/2 hours - I am on the right track? Thanks for you help - learning alot lerking on this forum.

    All sounds good.

If you haven't done so calibrate your dome thermometer.

Chick is done at 165°. Put an extra piece on the egg and taste it when the internal is 165° and see what you think. If you don't like it then cook the rest to a higher temperature.

Sure sounds nice. Just don't think it's in the cards this year.
