Quick Help - Cornish Hens

They are butterflied and sprinkled with Tsunami Spin...thinking of doing them on a raised grid at 350° like the big ones...anybody ever done that? I'm sure they don't take as long, but if you've done 'em, let me know if I'm on the right track and how long it took....[p]If you've got another suggestion, I'm game![p]QBabe

I did a couple spatchcocked, and I can't remember how long they took, but I'd be surprised if they took over 45 minutes at 350 on a raised grid. I do 4 pound chickens for an hour, so little critters shouldn't take too long.[p]TNW
