What is the best cut of Lamb to cook on my BGE? and the obvious how?

    BillyT,[p]Butterflied leg of lamb is my favorite cut. 12 min on a side at about 350, let it rest 5 min, and slice thin. There is a great recipe in the Submissions area of this site.
