I was gonna blow off the pics (cause I'm hot and tired, but
but due to popular demand...

lol.....here you are!

Really an easy Cook.Like most fish...getting good fish is half the battle.

Sea Bass is really high in Fat...(think Copper River Salmon) so as long as you don't over cook...you're a star...and it's a really wonderful "Special Occassion/Celebration" type Meal!

Cooked hot...450'ish...about 6 mins per side.

Seasoning was a quality Lemmon infused Olive Oil...DP's Shakin the Tree...and a squeeze of lemmon juice just before it came off the Egg!

Served with the sweet corn dish I was talking about earlier! It was Ann's concoction...(a killer sidedish)...I promise!!
