buffalo burgers with........
i'm bill's first born and this is my first post.
Raws for the Rub, ground coffee in the bowl

raws for the bbq sauce

ready to egg

straight out of this month's bon appetit, a birthday dinner for bill, the burgers were good but the sauce was a little overpowering, the burgers needed more rub and the provolone i chose, while delicious on its own, did not have a strong enough flavor and was drowned out a bit, the buffalo meat was tender but without the extra fat it was also lost a bit, the bacon was great (when isnt it), fixes: more salt on the uncooked burgers, regular beef, a sharp cheddar cheese, less bbq sauce
