Need a recipe for pheasant
Please help. I am going over to a fellow green-egger's house next week for pheasant. Anyone have some ideas? Any help is greatly appreciated.[p]Regards,

B.A., I brine them using the brine recipe that Cat gave me. It's in the Archives: Nov. 6, 2001. I cook indirect, exactly as I would a turkey. JCA
