Cooking with the XL compared to the Large

I have noticed that in some cooks in the Large the grill was raised. With the XL is there a way to cook with/without the grill raised ?

I haven't used an XL but tjv does have accessories for the XL. you can see them at the Ceramic Grill Store
He uses the XL, email him with questions and he will guide you in the right direction.

GG is right about Tom's rigs. I have a woo2 for my xl and use it all the time. I got it before he came out with the flip ring. His products add a lot of versatility to the xl.
