how do i change my password
i am computer challenged so be kind :)

    1) From the "Member" menu, select "Edit My Profile".

    2) You'll see two fields, "Password" and "Verify Password". Fill both of them in with your new password and then press the "Update" button.

    3) Now log out by clicking the "logout" link in the upper right hand corner of the page.

    4) Log in using your new password to make sure it worked.
