First time I've had the nerve to post a meal pic. Prior to this I've had two burnt offerings and two meals fit for the gods. This was the third one that was great. Scallops, pineapple and five grain bread.

Thanks to all for the compliments. Scallops were lightly salted with course ground sea salt, fresh course ground black pepper and brushed with butter. Brown sugar and butter on the pineapple.

I have been eyeing some gigantic scallops at Sams lately and you may have just pushed me over the edge; my wife will go nuts over the pineapple as well.
