Here is my situation. I live in Sanford. My step son called me the other day to see if I would be interested in doing some cooking. Evidently he was bragging at work about the BBQ prepared in my Egg. He works at David Maus Toyota. He said they were doing some benefit this weekend for the Ronald McDonald House. I asked what he wanted me to cook and he said some BBQ and some hams. I don't have all the specifics yet. I'm just wondering how I can get all this cooked on one large egg. I guess I am going to try. Seems like a worthy cause. Is there anyone in the area that might be interested in helping to cook something if need be? Or, if not, does anyone have any experience moving a lot of meat through an Egg? Cooking or post cooking storage tips so that it will still have that egg appeal when presented.

Thanks
