I was looking at your table update and I'm considering doing something similar except with a 6-foot SS table, cement backer board and tiling 3 sides.

What I'm wondering is how are you protecting the eggs from getting gouged or nicked by the edge of the hole cut in the SS?

And you're right, brand new, your table gonna cost about $2K
