bar b q sauce for wings

im looking for a bar b q sauce used by one of the fl egg fest cooks this past march.....the cook had yummy receipes including the winning wings....if u know him...can you ask him what bar b q sauce he used on some of his receipes.... anyone know what the sauce is.....it had a white label

    Tinman used Walkerswood Spicy Jamaican Jerk Marinade and Hungryman did this.

    Wings, Al's Famous Easy Wings, Hungaryman


    INGREDIENTS:
    Chicken Wings
    John Henry’s Mojave Garlic rub
    Remington's Soy and Garlic (bought it at Publix)
    Preparation :
    Cut at joints and throw away tips.
    Season with the rub.




    Procedure:
    1 Cook direct on a raised grid at 350°-375° F. dome temp.
    2 For the last few minutes I sprayed it with Remington's soy and garlic.
    3 Cook until it crisps up.

    The guy next to the tinman was me doing oyster shooters or 2eggtim from st augustine and I am not sure what he was cooking. Susan EGGlaine was in the area, maybe she snuck in a few wings. down on the lower pavilion was pork butt mike and they had a throw down, but not sure of the product.

    i'm looking for the one that won the wing contest....it was little chef than i think tin man then this guy to their left.

    Pork Butt Mike is the guy you're looking for.

    He was cooking next to Little Chef, Bubba Tim and Celtic Wolf.
