[p]Borrowed kennyg basic shrimp recipe for this one:[p]2 pork loins cut down the center – length of loin – then sliced across the loin thin – thin enough to be grilled easily and quickly –thin enough for a toothpick[p]marinade this in the following – eight hours or so[p]one cup of honey – more if you wish – pork loves sweet things
one tablespoon of lime – this can be adjusted
one small bottle of “robusto Italian dressing”
one to four tablespoons of mrs dog’s Jamaican jerk – this can be adjusted – the heat is your choice[p]cut up one fresh pineapple – do not chop – again pieces big enough for toothpick servings - [p]i grill this on a round 18" perforated pan (from bge) – start the pineapple first – let it began to caramelize – then add pork – grill both until crust begins to form [p]grill at about 400 – [p]nice appetizer – especially when done with guest present
