Most used Dizzy Rubs and Spices ?
Relatively new BGE owner here considering beginning to check out those "Dizzy" things I hear about on this forum.[p]I suspect I don't need the whole variety, but am puzzled as to what to buy first.[p]I would appreciate it if some of those who use them might suggest the varieties which they like best and use most.[p]Some of those pictures make my mouth water. (smile)[p]Thank you for your help.[p]KL

KL,
Here are my favorites in no particular order:
Regular and Coarse grind-on anything and everything especially pork and eggs
Raging River-on Catfish
Tsunami Spin-on Chicken
Cow Lick-on Steaks[p]My suggestion would be to get a sample pack and see what ones you like best. We have them all, and hubby likes them all, but I find a couple too hot...of course I am a weenie when it comes to heat though. [p]~nikki

KL,
I, too, suggest the sample pack of all eight. Ordered mine a couple weeks ago and just ordered a 4 pack of the full size, Dizzy Dust regular, Ragin River, Tsumani Spin and Cow Lick. Friends raved about the Swamp Venom and Jamaican Firewalk, but I'll leave them to their own devices. Used to be able to do hot, no more :(. Burgers were GREAT with the Cowlick

To finish the 4 pack a Swamp Venom or Jamican Firewalk should be in order. Depends on how your taste buds like the heat.
You're taste buds will love you.[p]CWM

KL,
ask chris for a sampler, then order the ones you really like. . at our house its as follows:[p]cow lick on trex steaks and burgers (my family LOVES them)
tsunami spin on beer butt chicken and my daughter's preference for salmon. . .also mixed 50/50 with old bay on grilled shrimp and in crab cakes
jamaican firewalk (my ten year old son's favorite on salmon)also great on the chicken
raging river - my wife and mine's preference for salmon and we LOVE it on potatoes (roasted small yukon golds)[p]like i said though, order up a sampler of all the rubs, try them on a variety of things and then place your order. . .you will be coming back for more

Check out their website. You can get a description of all the varieties available and if you have a question concerning any particular one, you can e-mail them directly. Mac[p]
