<p />Cooking beef jerky as I type. It has been way to long and I don't know why. It took all of 30 minutes prep time and an overnight marinade then put on around 3 to be pulled off around 11. Gfw got me started on this and will never be able to thank him enough. The best time to try beef jerky was the week you bought your egg, the next best time will be your next cook.[p]CWM
