    It was a 3 lb. flank on a small egg.[p]SB

    Smokey Bob,[p]That's a great pic! Remember, though, if you want, you can always resize and re-put on your website. A nice way of correcting things in the background (those of us like me who make lots of web errors are grateful for ways to correct behind the scenes :)[p]I'm not saying you should, just that you could.[p]I just enjoyed some wings and am waiting on some indirect pork spares.[p]Happy weekend,

    After you seared it and cooked it, did you score the meat? It looks like it has some cut marks in it (butter rubbed into the cuts came to mind)[p]Mike in MN[p]PS Nice looking dinner! My mouth is watering!
