I have been a forum member and Egghead for almost two years now. In that time I have learned a lot about cooking, a ton about the BGE, info about food in general and I have had the pleasure of making many new friends. As I was eating my turkey sandwich for lunch today it ocurred to me:
1. the turkey breast was cooked via a version of the Mad Max turkey recipe
2. the stone ground mustard was a gift from Fidel
3. the La Bomba was a gift from Little Steven
4. the pickles were made by Mint Tulip (yes she is my wife but we started pickling vegys again last year because of Big 'Un and other forum members)
So I have to say thanks to a lot of folks for a wonderful lunch...sorry no pics because I ate it ALL... :P :P :P

Now that's just pretty cool!
I did fajitas yesterday using wood from CWM and wearing an alien covered skull cap from DOW...

Funny how a simple purchase makes so many changes in our lives
even though we stress over spending the initial $$ it is a good thing that the price of the egg does not reflect all that we really get from it

Rod,
Funny you should mention that. I do have some sliced beer bread in the freezer. I will use that tomorrow...
Big Daddy I forget the apple chunks I used on the turkey were from a fellow Egger (non forum member :S in S Ga0
and Julie you are right about the cost of a purchase...it is all of the great info and friendships that make this product pretty unique...and that is priceless...
