One injected with Creole Butter and rubbed with Dizzy Dust. One injected with apple juice, apple cider vinegar, wocheshire and then salted, peppered & garlic powder.
2nd butt was larger had to cook longer

Wife liked the Creole Butter best - I liked the apple juice best - but - they were both really really good!!

They both look great, I made b. potatoes tonight myself that were brined for about 6 hours before; don't know how much of a difference it makes but they were very good.
