Dang Pat,lookin good buddy :woohoo: I'm glad that my local meat markets only sell the "turbo butt's" I think that my longest butt cook was 16hrs.Even when I did six on the XL,the last one finished in 14+ hrs :ohmy: Enjoy your dinner man

Looking good poolman. I just put the beans on myself, put ribs on about 1030, have to go get the spatchcock chickens ready to go on after the beans.
